Return & Refund

We only accept returns and refunds for quality-related product issues, following the rules below:

• You have 14 calendar days to submit a return request after you receive the item.
• All returned products must keep their original packaging and unused status. We will cover the full return shipping fee for quality problem returns.
• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The full amount will be sent back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) and arrive in 7-15 working days.
• Returns for non-quality issues including personal preference, wrong size or changed mind are not accepted. For any return inquiries, please email culan1022@sina.com first.
